1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, playing, or creating an account on Heist (accessible at playheist.net), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
2. Eligibility
Heist is intended for players aged 13 and older. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to play and make purchases.
3. Virtual Goods & Play-Money Economy
- No Cash Value: Game chips and coins are digital licenses for in-game entertainment only. They do not constitute real currency, cannot be redeemed for fiat currency, and cannot be transferred or sold outside the game.
- Gameplay Mechanics: Chips won or lost during rounds represent in-game score and prestige. Game balances may adjust due to gameplay outcomes or anti-cheat audits.
4. Purchases & Digital Delivery
- One-Time Purchases: Optional digital packs (Coin & Chip Stashes, VIP Founder Pass) are one-time purchases processed securely via Stripe. We do not charge recurring subscriptions or hidden renewal fees.
- Immediate Delivery: All digital items and currencies are delivered immediately to your account upon verified payment confirmation.
- Taxes: Prices are listed in USD at checkout. Applicable sales tax is calculated and collected by Stripe where required by law.
5. Refund Policy
Because in-game items, coins, chips, and VIP passes are digital goods delivered and made available for immediate consumption upon purchase, all sales are generally final once virtual currency has been spent or wagered.
Exceptions & Accidental Purchases: If you experience an unfulfilled order, accidental purchase, or technical error—and the purchased virtual coins or chips have not been spent—you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing your Stripe receipt to support@playheist.net. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
6. Rules of Conduct
To keep tables fun and fair for everyone, you agree not to:
- Use automated bots, cheats, exploits, or memory-modification scripts.
- Harass, abuse, stalk, or send hateful messages in table or group chat.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the game servers.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.
7. Account Deletion & Termination
You can permanently delete your account and all associated gameplay data at any time inside the game under Profile › Account › Delete Account.
8. Limitation of Liability
Heist is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Heist and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your access to or inability to access the service.
